When I was a little kid I totally had this thing where my action figures had to be in scale or they couldn't hang out with the other ones.
For example - Star Wars, Buck Rogers, Star Trek, Gi Joe and The Black hole shared the same universe because those were all 3.75 inch. The Masters of the Universe figures were separate because they were too big.
A side note - I'm late to party getting these but I finally got around to picking up Masters of the Universe Retro Action Figures! All these years later He-Man can finally hang out with Luke Skywalker.
Before opening here is carded pictures.

For carded collectors the packaging is fantastic on these. He-Man he comes with his Power Sword and looks like he just came out of the 80's.
Next up is Skeletor and is my favorite of all of them. He comes with his staff and is ready to take on He-Man.
Mer-Man is probably my second favorite of the bunch. He comes with his sword and is ready for action. He’s got that look as you can see in picture below that he is scared.
Beastman is my least favorite one. He comes with a rope whip. Personally, I don't think it's the fact it's a bad figure (because it's not). I just never liked him very well even in the cartoon.
In Wave 2, Trap Jaw is probably my favorite. He comes with alternate weapons and totally looks ready to fight.
Next in line is Tri-Klops. Wave 2 just like Wave 1 has the same retro sculpting. Tri-Klops comes with his sword and of course he sees everything.
After Tri-Klops comes Man At Arms. He comes with his Mace weapon and he is available with or without mustache. (My version as you can see is the mustache.)
Last of the wave is Sorceress and probably my least favorite of the line. The face just seems off a little bit, but she does come with her staff.
If you're a fan of retro toys and a fan of Masters Of The Universe these are a must own for you.
Now for some fun.
